Clean your room.

Return your keys and ID Return your room and mailbox keys, I- House Membership ID and spare card to the Bursar Services or Claremont Reception Desk as you are leaving.

Security Deposit Refund: Upon nearing your departure date, please go to the Bursar Office to complete a Security Deposit Authorization Form. NOTE: Membership deposit refunds will only be processed after all outstanding fees have been paid and your I- House keys and I.D. card have been returned. Any outstanding fees will be deducted from the membership deposit before a refund is issued.

Mail Forwarding a. If you do not leave a forwarding address, I-House will return all mail to sender(s). b. If you leave a forwarding address, I-House will forward your mail for a MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. At the end of the 30-day period, I-House will return all mail to sender. c. If the forwarding address is overseas, it will be sent back for additional postage required by the sender.

Storage Options Visit the Claremont Front Desk to inquire about renting a storage cage. a. Once you have confirmed your rental, visit the Bursar's Office to make any required payments NOTE: Storage cages are first come, first served.
